The air conditioning was laughably ineffective. What's with breakfast? Arriving promptly at 10:30 shouldn't mean missing out. I almost considered a decent review until the staff's lack of empathy transformed my entire experience into an ordeal. It's just sad, really.

Really helpful and fairly friendly staff and the breakfast was satisfactory with a view on gondolas passing by, the commercial coffee machine plus continental items to choose from. The hotel had a magnificent and absolutely perfect location next to a cathedral church.

Braw location and the view from breakfast was a real treat, watching gondolas float by. The staff were decent, but that shower pressure? Aye, it was pure disappointing! Still, for a short stay, it worked for us.

I came here for 3 nights and had a very good stay. Got the same queen room on lower floors booked online, loved that. The personnel was very friendly, and the hotel had a quiet feeling. The service provided there was good.

We were offered a single room complete with single bed and a balcony, for example. Had a satisfactory breakfast with many options, really enjoyed the meal.

The air conditioning worked well, making the room comfortable despite the summer heat.
Wi-Fi connection is only available in the lobby area, making it inconvenient for in-room use.

The room was very clean, nicely furnished, recently renewed. To location was very good, close to Rialto and San Marco. Great breakfast, with a nice view to a canal. Very nice hotel, we definitely recommend it.
No complaints at all.

The staff was very knowledgable and made very nice recommendations regarding restaurants, shops, etc. The rooms were very quiet & seemed to be more sound proof than any other hotel we stayed at in Italy
Rooms and showers are small, but so is every hotel in Europe. For the price (lower due to off season) we were very pleased with our stay.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and good breakfast. Some reviewers compalined that the rooms were too small -welcome to Europe. The room was large enough to accomodate 2 people and our luggage comfortably.
No wifi was included.

The Venetian decor in the bedroom and watching the boats go by on the canal in the breakfast room. You really knew you were staying in Venice at this hotel which was great.
Difficult to find a problem with the hotel. If I had to pick something, it would be the ceiling in the bathroom - it was very low. I'm 6 foot 3 inches and I couldn't stand up in the bathroom without my head hitting the ceiling.
